RULE #1: If you are not a dealer, do not use this site.

RULE #2: since this is a Dealer Only site, DO NOT LIST SINGLE ITEM LOTS FOR SALE or AUCTION unless it is a Bulk Lot or Skid Lot! If you list items on this site which are priced for retail, you will be given a warning for the first occurrence. Sell retail items on the Person to Person or Charityfundraiser Online Auction

Maximum Bid Feature: Bidders can bid up to a maximum amount and the bid will only increment as you are outbid by others. Net-Auctions Maximum Bid Feature will automatically bid up to your highest bid only if others place another bid. This option allows you to place your maximum bid and not have to worry about last minute bidders outbidding you.

Buyer's pay 3% premium on the Total of purchases through the use of this auction site. A buyer's premium is expected even if you consumate a deal after an auction closes which may not reach the seller's reserve price. The seller will notify us of the completed transaction, and we will bill the buyer for the premium. If your bill is not paid within 10 days after your bill was sent, your account will be put on hold. Late fees of 1.5% per month will accrue and must be paid before we can re-activate your account.

Once you place your bid you are making a binding contract that you agree to follow thru with the sale. Do not bid if you do not have all the information you need. Contact the seller via email if you have questions about the product before bidding.

If a user receives negative feedback rating of (-4) their account will be put on hold. The user may contact us with a rebuttal or explanation regarding the comments. We will evaluate any possible merits to reinstate the account after contacting the users who gave negative feedback. Use negative comments only as a last resort to resolve any problems you may have with another user. Try to resolve the problems amongst yourselves before contacting us

Sellers Rules

Sellers must sell the item listed at or above any minimum bid or reserve price ( if applicable) once the auction is over.

Sellers are not allowed to register under more than one alias. If this occurs Net-Auctions will place the duplicate account on suspension.

Sellers are REQUIRED to notify Net-Auctions if they complete a transaction with another user after an auction ends on an item they listed that did not meet their minimum or reserve price. Net-Auctions will bill the buyer for the buyer's premium of 3% based on the amount of the agreed TOTAL transaction. Sellers found not complying with this policy will be suspended from using the site.
