Buyer's are charged a 5% buyer's premium, 50% of that premium automatically goes to theSeller's designated Charity , the other 50% will go to help maintain the costs for running this website. If the Seller does not wish to designate any specific Charity Organization, we will place those collected funds into an escrow account. These funds will be distributed throughout the year to our most active non-profit participants of this website.

Since we are running this site for charity purposes, please understand, we don't have the resources to chase down unpaid bills, etc... Your honesty and integrity in paying your bill will help keep this site going. Please try to be prompt when paying your fees.
